What to include in the booking

Tell us the suburb, the symptom, and how we reach the plant. Photos of the equipment pad and model labels beat a guessed part name. Note whether water still covers the skimmer and whether the pump can run safely until we arrive.

Published prices that sit behind booking

Regular service is $150/month or $160 for a single visit. Pool inspections are fixed tiers: Visual $195, Equipment $345, LiDAR / 3D $695, Complete $995 (GST included).

Leak locate, equipment repairs, chlorinator work, heating and green-pool recovery are scoped to the fault after testing — we quote the investigate visit when you book, and parts after the cause is proven.

Booking FAQs

• Do I need an exact part number before booking? No. A clear symptom and photos are enough to allocate the right visit type. Labels help when parts may need ordering.
• Can you attend the same day? Sometimes for close suburbs and urgent faults, but attendance depends on bookings, access, parts and safe isolation — not a suburb marketing promise.
• Should I empty the pool first? No for leak work — we dive while it is full. Keep the skimmer covered if the level is dropping so the pump does not run dry.
• Is the Abbotsford shop the same as mobile service? The shop handles water testing, chemicals and parts handover. Most diagnostics and repairs happen on site at your address.
